Application privacy notice

PRIVACY AND CONSENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM This demonstration portal stores your account profile, password hash, consent preferences, consent history, privacy requests and relevant audit records. CHOICES Optional processing is off until you choose to accept it. You can reject or withdraw each optional preference without losing access to the portal. Core account processing is disclosed separately. ACCESS AND DELETION Request a copy of application-held information or account erasure in Privacy requests. Approved access requests produce a JSON export. Completing approved deletion removes account identifiers and free text, disables the account and withdraws granted preferences. Minimal pseudonymous evidence remains. External systems and backups need separate handling. RETENTION AND CONTACT This is a test notice. Configure and publish institution-approved purposes, lawful bases and retention periods before using real personal data. Contact admin@gmail.com for this test installation. Test accounts are preloaded for demonstration. Notifications appear in the portal; no email service is connected.
